Pritchatts House consists of 12 flats varying in size from 2 seven bedroom, 2 eight bedroom, 5 fifteen bedroom, 3 eighteen bedroom, housing a total of 159 undergraduate students. 

It is one of our more traditional residences and is the only one that has some wash basins in some of the rooms.

• Self-catering flats with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities
• 48 duplex rooms are available.  Students have their own bedrooms and share a bathroom with just one other student
• Communal toilets and showers
• 42 weeks contract (September 21 2009 to July 9 2010)
• Residence fee: Single room £4,019 and Duplex £4,306 (2009/2010)
