Pritchatts House consists of 13 flats varying in size from 1 four bedroom, 2 seven bedroom, 2 eight bedroom, 5 fifteen bedroom, 3 eighteen bedroom, housing a total of 163 undergraduate students. 

It is one of our more traditional residences and is the only one that has some wash basins in some of the rooms.

• 48 duplex rooms are available.  Students have their own bedrooms and share a bathroom with just one other student

• 42 weeks contract (September 27 2010 to July 15 2011)
