Welcome to Support Services

Support Services at The University of Birmingham aim to keep the campus safe and secure while providing the essential services to enhance the smooth running of the University.

The Support Services Team is responsible for the following: security across campus, handling all transport and portering needs, dealing with all aspects of telecommunications on campus, provision of postal services and for emergency planning. We manage the University ID card and Car Park systems, as well as Winterbourne Botanic Gardens.
